E104-BT01定频方式 - 处理方式



E104-BT01是成都亿佰特设计生产的一款体积极小的蓝牙无线模块;模块采用美国德州仪器(TI)公司原装进口CC2541(CC2541F256)射频芯片,自带高性能PCB板载天线,并适用于BLE协议。模块可使用串口收发蓝牙数据,降低了蓝牙应用的门槛。模块引出单片机所有IO口,集成了透传功能、主从一体,即拿即用,可进行多方位的开发。支持串口指令配置模块参数和功能,广泛应用于穿戴设备、家庭自动化、家庭安防、个人保健、智能家电、配饰与遥控器、汽车、照明、工业互联网等领域。

大家都知道蓝牙、WIFI都是跳频工作方式、那么进行RF认证,不限于SRRC认证、FCC ID认证、加拿大IC ID认证、日本Telec认证等,都需要进行定频。所以,严格意义上来说,如果产品不能定频,那么这个RF的射频认证是搞不下来的。且,所有的试验室都会要求厂家提供定频方式,如果不提供定频方式,试验室根本不会搭理你的,我相信有不少企业已经遇到这个问题了。

定频的原理:
蓝牙能够互相通信,是由硬件组成RF射频载波、以及硬件里面的MCU按照SIG组织规定的协议运行在flash存储器里面提前烧好的软件,以一定的软件里面SIG规定好的方式进行通信,其中蓝牙就在时时跳着频率工作的。如果是WIFI同样也是由硬件组成RF载波,然后由内部芯片的软件进行一定的把数据调制到载波进行发射出来,WIFI有10多个频道,那么,遇到干扰就会自动规避,保证正常通信。

定频,就是要让蓝牙、WIFI这类RF射频无线产品在工作会跳动的时候,让其固定住,例如,用软件强制控制,不要RF载波跳动,进行工程上的改动,以方便试验室测试(这个是标准要求哈,不是试验室要求)。

定频的难点:
1、需要由硬件搭桥、例如,我人是想控制wifi、或者蓝牙,让频率固定,不要变动,我总不能用意念控制吧?这个时候就用了解wifi、或者蓝牙等无线硬件的,定频模块与其进行通信,这个时候就需要搭建一个硬件的桥梁,这个桥梁就称为定频板。
2、上面用定频板子,桥梁是搭好了,那么,由谁控制?谁发指令,wifi、或者蓝牙里面的软件不要跳动载波?那么,当然还是,需要一个了解软件的,同类软件,它们同类肯定是可以进行通信的:lol,他们自己之间肯定是可以了解的,知道对方需要啥。

所以,由上可知,如果定频,那么一定是要进行软件、硬件的互相配合,这样才能完成。那么软件、底层代码,生产厂家肯定不知道,因为这个是模块、以及芯片厂家的知识产权。但是,只要做认证,这个是必须的啊,所以,很多大厂家,例如CSR公司,由专业的蓝牙定频软件BlueSuite2_4_8 & BlueSuite2.2 ,例如参阅 https://www.emc.wiki/thread-2281-1-1.html

但是,国内的一些厂家就不那么配合,不是那么友好,资料也不全,就给生产厂家带来麻烦了(我说的是个别啊,这里我就要为珠海杰理点赞,非常配合,我作为试验室,找他们帮忙,他们都会热情帮忙定频,提供定频板子,定频软件,所以,曾工建议国内厂家可以找珠海杰理买蓝牙芯片)。

CE Certification
For Short Range Devices operating in the 2.4 GHz ISM band the relevant Harmonized Standards are:
• EN 300 328 - radio equipment testing of data transmission equipment operating in the 2.4 GHz ISM Band

• EN 62479 - compliance to human exposure to electromagnetic fields

FCC ID
The FCC ID is a unique identifier, 4-17 characters, for the equipment and consists of two elements, the GranteeCode and the Equipment Product Code. The Grantee code is a three character alphanumeric string representingthe Grantee/Applicant. The Grantee Code always begins with an alphabetic character and does not contain thenumbers one or zero. The Grantee Code is assigned by the Commission permanently to a company forauthorization of all radio frequency equipment. The Product Code is the non-grantee code portion of the FCC IDthat begins after the first three characters. The Product Code may include hyphens and/or dashes (-). TheProduct code should consist of minimum 1 and maximum 14 characters.The FFC ID must be permanently marked either directly on the transmitter, or on a tag that is permanentlyaffixed to it. Industry Canada (IC) CertificationIndustry
Canada (IC) is the Canadian authority for certifications and standards making. As the FCC certification,the IC certification can either be done through IC or a TCB. An IC certification requires to have a Canadianrepresentative and a confirmation letter from the representative to be submitted with the application.There is no need for extra RF testing when applying for certification in Canada if the equipment is alreadycertified by FCC and meets the following conditions:
• The test report must be less than one year old
• The test house must have their Test Site (OATS or Anechoic chamber) approved by IC
• A cross-reference table must be submitted with the test report to show that the equipment meets all of theapplicable Canadian requirements.

IC-ID
As for equipment intended for the US market the radio/EVM needs to be marked with the IC-ID.
The IC-IDconsists of two pars: Company Number (CN) and a Unique Product Number (UPN) that is chosen by themanufacturer). To obtain a CN number, use the E-filling system. The CN will then be provided by e-mail.

An example would be: IC: 451H-2541SENSOR.
