Answer: See ANSI C63.4-2014, clause 4.5 and ANSI C63.10-2013, clause 4.3 for guidance on the types of measurement antennas for use in making radiated emission measurements. ANSI C63.4-2014, tables 1, 2, and 3 provide a summary of the types of antennas that may be used when making exploratory measurements, final compliance measurements, and site validation measurements, respectively. Antennas used for radiated emission measurements are required to be calibrated in accordance with ANSI C63.5-2006.
