🔴 是否需要 BQB 认证的判断标准
✅ 需要 BQB 认证，即使不打 logo，只要满足以下之一：

产品中集成了蓝牙芯片/模块（无论是否公开蓝牙功能）	✅ 是，必须认证

出口或销售至欧美等发达市场	✅ 是，认证被客户或监管要求

❌ 可能豁免（但非常有限） 的情况：

🔍 Bluetooth SIG 的规则底线：

Bluetooth SIG 明确规定：

任何在产品中实现蓝牙协议栈（不论对外是否宣传或使用 logo）都属于其许可范围，必须通过 BQB 认证流程，或复用已有认证，注册入库并支付相应声明费用。

若未按规定认证，即属于违反 Bluetooth SIG 使用协议，可能导致：

• 被强制下架或禁售（特别在欧美、日本）
• 被 Bluetooth SIG 追责（违反知识产权使用规则）
• 客户（特别是欧美大厂）拒绝合作、质疑合规性

使用已认证模块	走“EPL”或“Use Existing QDID”流程，低成本注册
自研蓝牙功能或修改协议栈	必须完成完整 BQB 测试认证
暂时不打算宣传蓝牙	也建议注册 Listing（起码规避法律风险）

“不打 logo ≠ 不需认证”。
只要用了蓝牙协议栈或芯片，就需要做 BQB 认证，至少注册 Listing。

“ALL Bluetooth® Products Must Be Qualified”

Your supplier or other member companies cannot qualify your products on your behalf; you must complete the Bluetooth Qualification Process for your product yourself.

You can only qualify your products under your member company’s account and only by completing the Bluetooth Qualification Process.

You will be charged a Product Qualification Fee for the first product submission that includes a specific design. Subsequent products you submit that include the same design will not be charged a fee.
