Radio equipment Directive 2014-53-EU

RED指令已经包含了LVD和EMC指令内容，所以不需要同时出LVD，EMC，RED证书，只需要出一个RED证书包括所有LVD，EMC，RED指令下的标准即可。

If a product is covered by the RED directive, then the LVD directive and theEMC directive do not apply to that product, see RED directive 2014/53/EUarticle 1 point 4 and EMC directive 2014/30/EU article 2 point 2 a). So thereis no need to make Certificates of Conformity that refer to LVD directive andEMC directive. However the requirements of the LVD directive and the EMCdirective do apply to that product via the RED directive, see article 3.1 ofthe RED directive 2014/53/EU. The RED certificate should mention all standards that are used for requirementsof RED Articles:

3.1a): Health and Safety
3.1 b): Electromagnetic Compatibility
3.2: Effective use of the Radio Spectrum.

So in our opinion the RED certificate should mention:

LVD Test Report: EN 62368-1:2014+A11:2017)
EMF Test Report: EN 50663:2017, EN 62479:2010)
EMC Test Report: EN 301489-1 V2.2.3 (2019-11),EN 301489-17 (2020-09)
Radio Test Report: ETSI EN 300328 V2.2.2(2019-07)

关于 LVD 符合性证书和 EMC 符合性证书

如果产品被 RED 指令涵盖，则 LVD 指令和 EMC 指令不适用于该产品，请参阅 RED 指令 2014/53/EU 第 1 条第 4条和 EMC 指令 2014/30/EU 第 2 条第 2 点 a ）。因此无需制作参考 LVD 指令和 EMC 指令的符合性证书。但是，LVD 指令和 EMC 指令的要求确实通过 RED 指令适用于该产品，请参阅 RED 指令 2014/53/EU 的第 3.1 条。

关于RED符合性证书

RED 证书应提及用于 RED 文章要求的所有标准：

3.1a)：健康与安全

3.1 b)：电磁兼容性

3.2：有效利用无线电频谱。

所以RED 证书应该包括：
